Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for supporting my art! Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind and made with great care and attention to detail. Because of the unique nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase:

Pre-Made Items

Before purchasing, please feel free to reach out with any questions about size, color, design, or anything else. I'm happy to provide additional photos, measurements or details to help you make an informed decision. Many things are possible, and I'm always glad to discuss options, but once your order is placed, it cannot be changed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made just for you, so once an order is placed, cancellations and refunds aren't possible.

Here's what to expect:

  • I won't begin creating your piece until you've approved the pattern.

  • I'll ask questions and share photos of glass options so you can help guide the design.

  • Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

  • Production time will be discussed during the design process, but will always be at least 10 days.

Accidental Damage During Shipment
  • All pieces are packaged securely, and I take every precaution to ensure safe delivery.

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the unopened package (including any visible damage) before opening it.

  • After that, please take photos of the item inside. These images are required for me to file a claim with postal insurance on your behalf.

  • I will work with the shipping carrier to pursue reimbursement, and we will discuss next steps once the claim is resolved.
